Custom Fabrication Agreement

By placing an order through Ironwood Atelier, the customer acknowledges that all products are custom fabricated upon purchase and are considered made-to-order bespoke goods.

Natural Material Variations

Wood is a natural material and will contain unique grain patterns, knots, mineral streaks, tonal shifts, and color variation. These characteristics are inherent to solid hardwood construction and are not considered defects.

Customers understand that final products may differ slightly from listing photographs due to the natural individuality of each lumber slab and finishing process.

Deposits & Payment Terms

All checkout payments submitted through this website are treated as non-refundable upfront fabrication deposits used to secure materials and production scheduling for the customer's commissioned build.

Once fabrication scheduling or material procurement begins, payments cannot be reversed, refunded, or disputed on the basis of production timelines, natural wood variation, or changes of preference.

Production Timelines

Estimated fabrication lead times are approximate and may vary depending on workload, lumber sourcing, finishing cure schedules, and freight carrier availability.

Limitation of Liability

Ironwood Atelier shall not be held responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, supply chain interruptions, or circumstances outside reasonable operational control.
