Built-To-Order Fabrication

All products sold through Ironwood Atelier are custom fabricated from raw lumber and materials after an order is placed. We do not maintain pre-built inventory or warehouse stock. Each piece is individually milled, assembled, sanded, and finished within our workshop specifically for the customer who placed the order.

Production Lead Times

Due to the handcrafted nature of our work, all orders require a fabrication lead time of approximately 4 to 8 weeks before shipment. Production timelines may vary depending on lumber availability, finishing cure times, seasonal order volume, and freight scheduling.

Freight Pickup & Tracking

Tracking numbers are not generated immediately after checkout. Tracking information is only issued once the finished item has been fully completed, packaged, and physically picked up by the designated freight carrier from our workshop.

Delivery Information

• Large furniture items may ship through third-party freight carriers.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information.
• Signature confirmation may be required for oversized deliveries.
• Transit times vary based on destination and freight scheduling.
